As the Co-Founder, Chairman and CTO of The Wiki Group, Mr. Garibaldi has extensive experience as an entrepreneur and manager overseeing the development and growth of innovative emerging companies. Mr. Garibaldi is a computer programmer by trade with over 30 years of experience in a variety of sectors including computer programming, the Internet, entertainment and the business advisory industry. He began his career at Burroughs and Sperry, which, in 1986, became Unisys Corp. and later founded a think-tank corporation called InterComm, Inc.
While at InterComm, Inc., Mr. Garibaldi was responsible for introducing a host of essential on-line applications widely used today and familiar to most Internet users. Specifically, his contributions are credited with the development of the online shopping cart, the online bookstore and the auction server, each of which represents a fundamental component of the current Internet commerce environment.
Edward C. DeFeudis – Co-Founder, CFO and President
As the Co-Founder, Interim CFO and President of The Wiki Group, Mr. DeFeudis is responsible for the development of strategic partnerships, product planning and deployment, and financial strategy. He has extensive experience as an entrepreneur and advisor for early stage companies. He is a serial entrepreneur and angel investor, with investments focused on High Tech, Bio Tech and Finance. He has more than 15 years of Wall Street experience, which includes Merrill Lynch and Oppenheimer Securities. He is the Managing Member of Spider Investments, LLC, as well as the Founder of Lion Equity Holding Corp., which has provided investment banking consulting business service since 1999. Mr. DeFeudis graduated from University of New Hampshire in 1995 with a BA degree in Political Science.
Ali Fakhari – Senior Vice President
As Senior Vice President, Mr. Fakhari is responsible for planning and executing The Wiki Group's marketing programs, including assessing market potential, strategic partnerships and marketing campaigns to accelerate customer acquisition and user adoption. Prior to joining The Wiki Group, Mr. Fakhari spent 6 years as a management consultant at Bain & Company where he advised clients in a range of industries, assessed the feasibility of strategic acquisitions and developed initiatives to improve performance and profitability. In the summer of 2006, Mr. Fakhari worked as an associate to the CFO of Burger King Corp. during its IPO, and in 2005 served as brand manager for the World Series of Poker for Harrah.s Entertainment. Mr. Fakhari graduated summa cum laude from the University of Southern California with a BS in Chemical Engineering and has an MBA from Harvard Business School.
